RFTL proposes leading the way, via the communicative power of the arts, to introducing a sustainable form of education provision in order to improve the quality of life for people affected by HIV/AIDS or disability​, and 

 

      develop improved strategies for communicating effective     

     environmental education, encouraging literacy, celebrating
