Jennifer D. Maree - Director and Deputy Chairperson
Jenny is a skilled change management consultant, specialising in mentoring, tutoring, culture change and process facilitation. She started her career in a multinational packaging group, where she worked in sales training, training, and Organisational Development and Human Resource Management positions. She lectures, tutors assesses in the tertiary educational sector in Organisational Behavior for many universities and colleges and was the Academic Director for De Montfort University UK in Johannesburg. She continues to speak at conferences on change management, cultural diversity, performance management, Women in Business and Engagement.
Jenny has worked with organisations from the UK, USA, Africa and Asia. She has held the position of Asia Pacific Learning and Development Manager for a global insurance company and Australasian Organisation Development Manager for a global pharmaceutical manufacturer.
Jenny continues to publish articles and a books on change management, facilitation, coaching and cultural diversity. She is passionate about making a real difference within organisations, teams and with individuals. She believes in creating sustained momentum towards continuous improvement and ensuring skill transfer into the client organisation. Jenny has lived in three countries, facilitating, consulting and coaching in many more, holds an MBA from the University of the Witwatersrand and is a member of SCASA.
